Village Merchant’s House
$25.00–$30.00
This well appointed, yet simple home is near the center of the village, belongs to one of the wealthier local small-time merchants. A one room home, this merchant owns a nearby store, selling to adventurers, travelers and farmers alike. He raises his small family here, gathering wealth to build a larger home soon.
This is a medium, one room house suitable for a medieval fantasy farm, village, or city. It is representative of a modest merchants home, perhaps the owner of the village’s general store, or a farmer turned trader and has accumulated enough coin to create a small home with leanings towards a fancier home in the future.
This model has a detailed interior with a mantle covered fireplace, ready to provide a nice warm place to shelter from the onset of winter, or the dangers that lurk outside in your fantasy world. The door fully swings 180 degrees, and the floor is engraved with a flagstone pattern.
This kit comes unpainted and requires assembly. It measured 6″ x 5″ x 3″ not including the base, roof overhang or chimney. It is made from deeply laser engraved birch with small amount of detailing materials made from mat board.

The directions regarding the placement of the roof trusses should explain the end trusses need to be set to avoid the chimney. Otherwise, an excellent kit and interesting to build. Keep up the good work. Where can one find oxen for 28mm wagons?

Thanks for the feedback, we will add that to the instructions from here on out.
