This is a 28mm scale model of a two story stone and brick home typical of the Normandy region of France during World War II, but the building is also acceptable to represent many homes in Northern Europe from the 19th century to today.

The model is made from 3mm (approximately 1/8 inch) thick birch plywood, deeply engraved with stonework details. The roof and the second floor are removable. The door is functional, and the stairs will lock and hold 1″ washer mounted miniatures as seen in the photo (the typical plastic slot bases will be too thick). It has 1/16 inch thick wood detail pieces for shutters, door frames. The interior has limited detailing with an engraved floor and two removable interior walls as well as a fireplace.

The model requires assembly and is provided unpainted.
